- Calgary Condo (multi family) Average Sale Price from $283,734 in 2009 to $296,000 in 2010
The thought is that 2010 will show conservative growth which probably results in a balanced market. A balanced market where neither seller or buyer experience advantage. Exceptional homes for price will experience quick sales and probably multiple offers.
